All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Methods:

We use trusted UK couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery such as, Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 • Standard Delivery (2–3 business days) – Free on orders over £50

 • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee

 • Discreet Packaging: All packages are sent in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. There is no mention of the website name or contents on the parcel.

Shipping Areas:

We currently ship within the UK only. Orders placed from outside the UK will not be processed or refunded.
