Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

 • Your order number

 • A brief description of the problem

 • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement or process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products—especially consumables like dried mushrooms, capsules, or supplements—we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items.

To be eligible for a return:

 • The item must be in its original packaging

 • It must be returned within 14 days of delivery

 • Proof of purchase must be provided

If approved, you will receive a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

 • Opened or used consumable products

 • Perishable items

 • Mushroom grow kits once opened

 • Digital guides or eBooks (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our returns process will apply instead.
